Bright Lungs Dosage

Suggested Use: The dosage size is 1/4 teaspoon, which is equivalent to two squeezes of the dropper that is provided with the bottle. We recommend taking the product 1-3 times per day. The product can be taken directly into the mouth, under the tongue or mixed with water. We recommend drinking 8 ounces of water with each dose for best results. You can safely take the product with or without food. The bottle is 2 ounces and contains 48 servings per bottle. How many times you take it daily will depend on how long each bottle lasts.
