What is the dosage?

The dosage size is 1/4 teaspoon, which is equivalent to two squeezes of the dropper that is provided with the bottle. This can be taken directly into the mouth or mixed with water.

For most of our products, we typically suggest to take it 1-3 times per day. However, you can safely take our products up to 5-6 times a day without any issues.
